Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. A full refund will be given if the product has not be worn or damaged. There are no returns on custom products.  

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order as long as the product has not be worn or damaged.

Repairs

Please email info@caitlingreenestudio for all repair inquiries. Please be sure to include a photo of the item, a description of the repair needed and information on where and when the order was made.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
